I had terrible experience experience with Nations Trust Bank and have lost all my trust in the bank

I had terrible experience experience with Nations Trust Bank and have lost all my trust in the bank . Today for no reason my account was blocked and when I called the call center they has put a hold on my account for personal loan recovery but I dont have any loans or credits cards!!!
