I am already an NTB customer and they can't solve my Amex card issues for weeks. How will they treat HSBC customers? I can imagine. They say they'll call back. That's it.
When I tried to reset the password for my NTB account, it went to someone else's email. I saw it and immediately thought this must be a real incident.

Transitions somewhat smooth. Activated NTB Master card on Monday and since then all transactions get declined. Wnet to the Nugegoda branch and they also admitted the card is successfully activated. There's no one to give any solution to this issue. What am I to do with a card if

Useless bank that doesn't answer when you call customer care🤣
As of 6th May, no sign of a new card. Try getting through on the phone! We have better use of our precious time. Peehaps they are snowed under, but better planning could have smoothened things out!
I called for weeks to find out about the credit card transfer from HSBC. Not even once did customer service answer.
Not smooth from the credit card migration perspective. Giving it another few days to see if the issue get settled.
I am inconvenienced. I still haven't received my credit card.
