Where can I pay for NTB credit cards other than at the bank? (Food City is not an option)

I activated the NTB card I received instead of the HSBC card... but there's no clarity. Is there a way to get a lifetime free card from another bank instead of this?

I requested new NTB cards to be delivered to a particular branch. Got the branch contact too from call center. Branch never answered.
