Really happy about the way the transition was handled. I only had one day of service downtime. My new card arrived well on time and i was notified at 7.30AM this morning that my new accounts were active. This is earlier than what was expected and stated on the welcome pack! My card and online banking are working well. It was super easy to pre-activate my card- and all the faqs on the site were really helpful. Pretty seamless. Thank you team NTB.
