Transitions somewhat smooth. Activated NTB Master card on Monday and since then all transactions get declined. Wnet to the Nugegoda branch and they also admitted the card is successfully activated. There's no one to give any solution to this issue. What am I to do with a card if I'm unable to use it ? For 28 years I had no issue with the HSBC visa card. Looks like there's no journey forward 😕 Thank you HSBC for the hassle free 28 years I enjoyed.
