Trying to contact a customer care agent since in the morning. 😂😂 this is the first experience with this bank cause HSBC accounts have been transfered to this bank. Even tried the stolen card option when calling.. 😂😂😂 still the same result. I can't imagine being a customer of this bank under these circumstances. Sent emails and no reply so fae. Hope to settle the previous hsbc bill and close the account.
