I requested new NTB cards to be delivered to a particular branch. Got the branch contact too from call center. Branch never answered. Now after a long delay, when I checked, NTB call center agent says there was no request from me shown in their system as such. Nations Trust Bank your staff are crazy fks. Cancelled the two new cards immediately.
