Really happy about the way the transition was handled. I only had one day of service downtime. My new card arrived well on time and i was notified at 7.30AM this morning that my new accounts were active. This is earlier than what was expected and stated on the welcome pack! It's been three weeks since the migration and I still haven't received my new NTB welcome pack with the debit card. Tried the hotline 12 times, no answer. Branch said wait 2 more weeks. Frustrating.
