Where can I pay for NTB credit cards other than at the bank? (Food City is not an option)
I activated the NTB card I received instead of the HSBC card... but there's no clarity. Is there a way to get a lifetime free card from another bank instead of this?
At this rate, in about a year, at least 50% of the customers forced from HSBC will not remain with NTB.

It seems like something went wrong with the HSBC TO NTB Migration. The CIP loan I had with HSBC was added to my NTB payments, and the limit has also been exceeded.
Nations Trust Bank is a misleading, useless bank. I canceled my accounts and cards several years ago. Now, because of HSBC, the misfortune is coming back. I called in early April to get some information. But I didn't get a proper answer. I called again today, they don't answer. M
I requested new NTB cards to be delivered to a particular branch. Got the branch contact too from call center. Branch never answered. Now after a long delay, when I checked, NTB call center agent says there was no request from me shown in their system as such. Nations Trust Bank
