I still haven’t received my HSBC-to-NTB replacement credit card. I’ve been calling multiple times every day, and nothing is getting resolved. Extremely disappointed with how this retail banking transition has been handled. HSBC chose to sell its retail banking operations to NTB, but customers are now dealing with delay

Still i couldn't contact their customer service agent. Tried two three days am regret to say they can't do business like HSBC. I still didn't get activated my Credit card. Please NTB improve your customer service call center service..we waste our time n money calling your so called hot line 😠

I didn't received my NTB Credit card insted of HSBC card, but new card number has sent through my e mail. What I have to do now? What is the best no to cantact NTB

Im a previous HSBC customer. For my new NTB credit card I experienced the bad on my 1st call center agent with your bank. I feel they are totally different with HSBC call center agents.

Still I have not received the New Credit Card from NTB I am unaware where to pay the monthly installment I am a Platinum Card holder HSBC Thanks HSBC for the good service done

It’s a two way process and there may be some problem in some parts of the country I had step into the NTB cause of my HSBC credit card facility!! Transition is smooth and working satisfactorily!! Congratulations 🎊🎈🎉
