Extremely disappointed with how this retail banking transition has been handled. HSBC chose to sell its retail banking operations to NTB, but customers are now dealing with delays, lack of communication, and poor support. I’m currently still on hold after 18 minutes waiting for someone to answer. This level of service is unacceptable.
