Did someone say smooth transition??!! I beg to differ. When I checked on 15th April I was told that my new NTB cards were with the courier. Still not received. Maybe the courier guy is walking from Colombo to Kandy.......

I received my card well before the cut off date and on a visit to NTB on Monday, 4th May a representative of the Bank did the needful. Very smooth

Transition done smoothly, but cards not yet delivered. Couriers service is vary bad, at least not gave a call.
It’s a two way process and there may be some problem in some parts of the country I had step into the NTB cause of my HSBC credit card facility!! Transition is smooth and working satisfactorily!! Congratulations 🎊🎈🎉

Excellent banking app. Had been a HSBC credit card holder over 25 years. NTB card got activated through the app. So far so good.
Not smooth from the credit card migration perspective. Giving it another few days to see if the issue get settled.
As of 6th May, no sign of a new card. Try getting through on the phone! We have better use of our precious time. Peehaps they are snowed under, but better planning could have smoothened things out!
Worst customer service ever. Nobody is picking up the bloody phone in the ‘24x7 hotline’. I got a card statement but they haven’t even delivered the card yet.
No bank cards. No cheque book. No pin. Journey wt ntb started off on a bad footing. Already. Its only 4 days. Following in hsbc's footsteps! Not a good role model. The ntb personal banker is all smiles only. Does eff-all!
Cards received ontime. However, unable to activate SMS via the app. Hotline is useless as usual. Relationship manager's phone is switched off.
I don’t know why no one responds to customer service calls and emails. They are not at all ready to cater a premium customer group from HSBC bank.

Well well... my two cards just became family. Been with Amex + HSBC over 15 years. Now they’ve joined forces too. Looking forward to the perks of both under one roof. Stronger together!
