I went NTB Bambalapitiya to get some documents. I am one of them who came from HSBC. I am a Premier customer. I have to stand there an hour to get somebody to talk to. The reception was empty. After barging inside I manage to get my documents after 1 and half hours. NTB should keep one of senior managers in each ex-HSBC branches just talk to the customers in this transition stage. ELse NTB will loose many ex-HSBC customers.
