To pay the payment this month I still didn't get my card.

A smooth Transition as I received the letters of intimation of the transfer from the HSBC , the CC issued by the NTB and the NTB's letter of the successful completion of the transfer well in time . Smooth transition from HSBC to NTB. Received my welcome pack a week before the transition, my RM remains the same as at HSBC, app and cards activated. The same HSBC Manager and staff are at the Pelawatte Private banking centre, while my RM is at Bambalapitiya. So far so good. Of course banking with a foreign bank has its advantages - example you can move fun

I didn't even receive the card. I received a phone call but no one answered.

Still no HSBC card. No way to call. They said service is 24x7 but I tried from 10 PM to 1 AM and it was busy. This might be a lie. Does anyone know who to complain to about this?
