I call the hotline every day for a statement issue. They say they'll call back within the day. No one has called back. Today someone named Hirushi called. HSBC doesn't take even 10 minutes to solve a problem. The service is terrible. It's a waste of hours spent on calls.

දවස ගානේ hotline කතා කරනවා statement issue එකකට. ආයේ දවස ඇතුළත call back කරන්නම් කියනවා. එකෙක් ආයෙත් කතා කරේ නෑ. අද හිරුෂි කියලා කෙනෙක් කතා කරේ. HSBC විනාඩි 10 ක් යන්නේ නෑ ප්‍රශ්නයක් විසඳන්න. අන්තිමයි service එකනම්. පැයගනම් කතාකරපු වේලාව අපරාදෙ.
