I got my HSBC accounts transferred to NTB. I am trying to contact NTB Private banking center from where I collected my welcome pack. Trying to contact but unable to get through. Any number where someone will answer as tried many times but no response.

I call the hotline every day for a statement issue. They say they'll call back within the day. No one has called back. Today someone named Hirushi called. HSBC doesn't take even 10 minutes to solve a problem. The service is terrible. It's a waste of hours spent on calls.

My mobile banking access appears to be blocked for Estonia. Could you please clarify why this has happened? Is this a temporary issue or a permanent restriction? This is currently my only bank account, and I am unable to travel to open another one.please try to fix this soon.

Transition done smoothly, but cards not yet delivered. Couriers service is vary bad, at least not gave a call.

They removed the branch secretly without even an ATM for transactions 😡
To those who did not receive their cards speak to a customer care person on 0114414151 ( They will take 6 to 11 minutes of your valuable time to answer) but request them to transfer the card to the closest bank to you which they will oblige.
