Wnet to the Nugegoda branch and they also admitted the card is successfully activated. There's no one to give any solution to this issue. What am I to do with a card if I'm unable to use it ? For 28 years I had no issue with the HSBC visa card. Looks like there's no journey forward 😕 Thank you HSBC for the hassle free 28 years I enjoyed.
