Although the calling center "assumed" that the card will be ready within a maximum of one week from the nearest NTB branch and promissed that particular branch will call me, still awaiting that golden call... So how can you advertise saying there was a smooth transfer from HSBC.. The first impression about NTB is an utter disaster...
